Copyrights & Restrictions
All material on this site, including but not limited to images, illustrations, coding and audio clips/live audio is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by 24server.com. Material from this website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, unless we give you the written permission to do so.

Stream Hosting
24server is doing every effort to provide an uninterrupted and powerfull internet connection. But however, we cannot give a 100% warranty for a internet service that´s absolutely free of errors. 24server will not be liable for any injury, loss of business, loss of property or loss of data caused by the use or any errors of our internet services. We do not monitor the stream contents and are not responsible for the behavior of our clients, their users, or for the shows they web cast. The content and any copyright/royalty fees and any other possible issues are the sole responsibility of the individual hosts and their production entities. You may not use our streams to distribute adult, racist or any other un-sociable material. 24server and/or its staff will be held blameless in an illegal situation and be recognized as nothing more than a service provider. You as the user are solely responsible for any breach of our terms, which you agreed to on signup. 24server reserves the right to remove or pause your account without notice if you´re acting against this terms.

Overstreaming
If you choose to stream above the purchased max. bitrate, we will terminate your account without any warning or explanation.

Refunds
You can request a refund if you are not fully satisfied with our services within the first 24 hours after your account has been setup. We will refund the full amount minus a charge of 12 USD for the expense to set up your account. 

You are not liable for a refund if you have breached the terms of service in any way, which includes exceeding the agreed bitrate and broadcasting un-suitable content.

Other Concerns
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein. 24server may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 24SERVER OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF 24SERVER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.

IN NO EVENT 24SERVER OR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST LICENSEE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

IN NO EVENT 24SERVER OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(I) ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE TO ANY THIRD PARTY BY LICENSEE, ANY DISTRIBUTOR OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS;

(II) FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS TO PERFORM;

(III) FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS TO PROVIDE SECURITY;

(IV) THE RESULTS OR INFORMATION OBTAINED OR DECISIONS MADE BY END USERS OF THE PRODUCTS OR THE DOCUMENTATION. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE BARGAIN UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Your Privacy
By agreeing to the terms, you are permitting us to store your details in a client database for future reference. If you chose you cancel your account with us, they will be removed and you will no longer hear from us. We may send very occasional emails to our clients to notify them of service changes, upgrades and so on. This is not optional and every client will receive these mailings via their specified email address.

We will not under any circumstances disclose your name, email or any other details held to any other company or individual - they will be held strictly confidential.
